How to use Peppermint essential oil?

Ingesting essential oils can cause users to develop acid reflux, an aching stomach, diarrhea, sore throat, rashes, etc. We cannot express to you enough that if you are using essential oils internally, you should consult an experienced and trained aromatherapist.
Is Peppermint essential oil safe for babies to inhale?
Both Peppermint and Eucalyptus have been shown to cause breathing and neurological problems in young children, and are therefore not recommended to be used on or around infants and young children. Essential oils rich in a natural component called 1,8- cineole, such as Eucalyptus, Ravintsara and Cajeput, along with Peppermint should be avoided altogether in children younger than three years old.
